Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made to Axle ("we," "us," or "our") for use of the Service at app.withaxle.com. This policy does not apply to payments processed through your Stripe account — those are between you and your customers.
Axle Subscription Refunds
No refunds
All Axle subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. No partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds are issued.
Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan (e.g., Pro+ to Pro, or Pro to Free), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time on your current plan.
Duplicate charges
If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, contact us at support@withaxle.com and we will resolve the duplicate charge.
Payments Processed Through Your Stripe Account
Axle facilitates payment processing between your Framer site and your Stripe account. Payments from your customers are deposited directly into your Stripe account. Axle does not hold, manage, or have access to these funds.
Refunds to your customers are your responsibility and must be processed directly through your Stripe dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com. Axle has no ability to issue refunds on your behalf.
If a customer contacts Axle about a refund for a purchase made on your site, we will direct them to you.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Stripe. If a customer disputes a charge, Stripe will notify you through your Stripe dashboard. You are responsible for responding to disputes in accordance with Stripe's dispute process.
Axle is not responsible for chargebacks, dispute fees, or any losses resulting from payment disputes.
